Furlan is a space dedicated to the creation of handcrafted luxury cars, inspired by the soul of the great classics of motoring.
In our industry, legendary models are brought back to life, with handcrafted bodies, bespoke engines, and meticulous attention to detail.
More than just a workshop, we are an automotive atelier where each project is unique and designed for those who value authenticity, performance, and history.
During our visit to Furlan, we showcased each stage of the production process, from chassis construction to final finishing, demonstrating how tradition and innovation come together to create true works of art on wheels.
Mechanics
At Furlan, the mechanics are handled with artisanal precision. Each car is designed from scratch, with engines assembled by hand, adjusted piece by piece for performance and reliability.
The engine block, ignition, suspension, and brakes follow classic designs, inspired by icons like the Cobra and GT40, but with modern solutions that enhance drivability. Electrical and cooling systems are custom-designed, integrating originality, efficiency, and control. Each component is treated as part of a mechanical masterpiece, made to deliver not only power, but a unique driving experience.
Finish
The Furlan finish is an extension of the artisanal care that defines each project. From the interior upholstery to the dashboard details, everything is handcrafted with premium materials and meticulous attention to the original style of the classics. We use genuine leather, custom stitching, and hand-polished metals, combining comfort, elegance, and historical authenticity. Each steering wheel, gearshift knob, seat, and interior trim is molded to reflect the character of the car and the client who drives it. More than just aesthetics, the Furlan finish is about sensory experience, designed to transform the interior into a timeless space of luxury and emotion.
Chassis - Welding
At Furlan, welding is done with artisanal precision, guaranteeing structure, alignment, and fidelity to the original design of the classics.
Each chassis is built from scratch in our workshop, with tubes cut, positioned, and welded manually to ensure rigidity and symmetry.
We use MIG and TIG techniques applied by specialists, combining strength and visual finish with attention to stress points.
It is on this solid foundation that Furlan excellence begins, where each weld supports the soul of the car that will be molded upon it.
Lamination
At Furlan, lamination is done by hand, layer by layer, ensuring faithful reproduction of classic designs and a high-quality finish.
Each body is hand-molded in fiberglass, with structural reinforcements applied at the right points for strength and lightness.
The process demands precision and sensitivity, from cutting the sheets to the final curing, resulting in solid and visually flawless pieces.
It is in the lamination process that the car's silhouette is born — and at Furlan, each curve is shaped with the same dedication as a work of art.
Painting
Each car receives special treatment, starting with meticulous body preparation. After sanding and applying high-quality primers, the paint is applied in a controlled booth, ensuring uniformity and precision. Each layer is carefully polished, guaranteeing an impeccable surface and a perfect finish, with paints that ensure durability and shine. Furlan paint is not just aesthetic; it's the signature of handcrafted work, made to reflect the character and exclusivity of the car.
